I was looking for a affordable and reliable hosting space for quite some time now... i found some of the hosting packages very appealing but they were out of my budget as i was looking something where i could host my personal blog not a profitable blog which can mend some of the hosting costs... discountasp.net is very good but the costs are out of my range.... then i found out about this SoftSys hosting which is very much in my affordable range... so what else... i bought a silver package which suits my requirements and just now completed setting up blogengine.net blog there in a sub domain blog.indersen.com.  I had only only one glitch while setting up my account... the we.config file's trust level which gives an error something like

Server Error in '/' Application.

The solution for this is to remove the <trust level="High" /> tag from the web.config file. Everything else was piece of cake.

For next couple of days i will modify the theme and play around with the layout to include some APIs and some adsense stuff....

I have just installed the Windows Live writer and seeing how it works with BlogEngine.net 

So if you can see this blog as it is then i must say that it is indeed a useful a tool to have. Not yet checked with all the extensions of blogengine...so can't comment on that part.

At last i have long lasting wish fullfilled...got my own laptop...Dell Inspiron 1420 shipped couple of days back...got to set up the connection successfully and here it comes...my first post.....
